Carrot Cake

*Richardson's recipe (i.e. Carly's wedding cake)

2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
2 tsp cinnamon
3 cups grated carrots
3/4 cup oil
4 eggs
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1 cup raisins
1-1 1/2 cups walnuts

Mix and pour into a greased 9x13 pan. Bake at 325 for 45-55 minutes.
